產(chǎn)品概述:耐熱輸送帶采用丁苯或三元乙丙橡膠為覆蓋層,骨架材料采用專用的耐高溫帆布,解決了高溫環(huán)境下織物芯的收縮和變形問題,同時(shí)也避免了因乙丙橡膠飽和度高導(dǎo)致粘合性差、間層附著力低的關(guān)鍵問題。具有帶體輕、壽命長(zhǎng)(約2-4倍)、耐熱性能好的特點(diǎn)。

Heat Resistant Conveyor Belt

耐熱輸送帶采用丁苯或三元乙丙橡膠為覆蓋層,骨架材料采用專用的耐高溫帆布,解決了高溫環(huán)境下織物芯的收縮和變形問題,同時(shí)也避免了因乙丙橡膠飽和度高導(dǎo)致粘合性差、間層附著力低的關(guān)鍵問題。具有帶體輕、壽命長(zhǎng)(約2-4倍)、耐熱性能好的特點(diǎn)。

Our heat resistant conveyor belt adopts SBR or EPDM as covering layer, special high temperature resistant canvas as carcass materials, not only solving the fabric shrinkage and deformation problems under the environment of high temperature, but also avoiding crucial problem as high degree of saturation of ethylene propylene rubber, poor adhesion. It is lighter, of long lifespan (about 2-4 times) and good performance of heat resistance.

1.規(guī)格同普通輸送帶相同。

2. 產(chǎn)品執(zhí)行GB/T2002-2005 及GBAT7984-2001 標(biāo)準(zhǔn),參考國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)草案ISO/FDIS14890-1999。

3. 耐熱輸送帶分為三種型號(hào):

HR120:覆蓋膠主要成分為SBR??赡筒淮笥?20℃試驗(yàn)溫度,瞬間運(yùn)行溫度170℃。該級(jí)別耐熱帶是比較通用的、較傳統(tǒng)的耐熱型輸送帶。廣泛適用于水泥、焦化、冶金、化工、鋼鐵等行業(yè)使用。

HR150:覆蓋膠主要成分為SBR??赡筒淮笥?50℃試驗(yàn)溫度,瞬間運(yùn)行溫度200℃。本產(chǎn)品與普通輸送帶相比具有耐熱溫度更高、抗龜裂、抗老化性能更好、壽命更長(zhǎng)等特點(diǎn)。適于輸送高熱物料,如燒結(jié)料、水泥熟料、焦炭、干石灰、干燥白土等。

HR180:覆蓋膠主要成分為EPDM??赡筒淮笥?80℃試驗(yàn)溫度,瞬間運(yùn)行溫度250℃。本產(chǎn)品與普通耐熱輸送帶相比,具有優(yōu)良的抗灼燒性能,在高溫狀態(tài)下膠帶表面可迅速形成致密炭化層而達(dá)到隔熱抗灼燒的效果,起到延長(zhǎng)和提高使用壽命的目的。適用于溫度較高如燒結(jié)礦、水泥礦等特殊運(yùn)輸場(chǎng)所。

1.Specification is similar to common conveyor belt.

2.GB/T2002-2005 and GB/T7984-2001 Standard are applicable with the international Standard draft ISO/FDIS14890-1999 as reference.

3.Heat resistant conveyor belt is divided into three types as follows:

HR120: cover consists mainly of SBR. The belt surface temperature of HR120 belt should be lower than 120℃,the maximum material temperature for short period can reach 170℃. This grade of Heat resistant conveyor belt is  mostly common used traditional heat resistant conveyor belt, widely used in Cement, coking, metallurgy, chemical,iron and steel industry, etc

HR150: cover consists mainly of SBR. The belt surface temperature of HR150 should be lower than 150°C,and the maximum material temperature for short period can reach 200℃. Comparing to common conveyor belt, the product is higher temperature resistant, cracking resistant, ageing resistant and of long lifespan. It apply to transport high temperature material as sintered ore, clinker, coke, dry lime, dry clay, etc.

HR180: cover consists mainly of EPDM. The belt surface temperature belt of HR150 should be not higher than 180℃, and the maximum material temperature for short period can reach 250℃,Comparing to common conveyor belt, this kind of belt is more cauterant resistant. It forms a dense carbonized layers on belt cover under high temperature to play an effect of heat insulation and cauterant resistance , which can also extend the belt life . It apply to transport high temperature material as special transport situation as sintering ore and cement field , etc.

耐熱輸送帶的選用

The selection of  heat resistant conveyor belt

依據(jù)耐熱輸送帶所輸送物料的溫度、表面結(jié)構(gòu)形狀及粘度等參數(shù)選擇耐熱帶的類型。如當(dāng)輸送溫度為150℃的燒結(jié)礦石等大塊物料,并且物料與帶面接觸面積較小時(shí),帶面溫度保持在60-80℃;當(dāng)輸送水泥粉等粘度較小的物料時(shí),物料溫度與帶面溫度相差就很小。更多信息可參照下表:

Select different type of heat resistant belt according to the temperature, surface figure, viscosity condition and other concerned data of conveyed materials. For instance, when conveyed material have a temperature of 150℃,such as the coke or sintered ore etc, and have a relatively small contact area with the belt's surface temperature remains at 60-80℃. In contrast, when powdered material like cement is being conveyed, there is almost no temperature difference between material and belt surface. More information please refer to the following table.

帶面溫度與耐熱帶的使用壽命密切相關(guān),直接影響到覆蓋膠與芯層、芯層之間的粘合強(qiáng)度、覆蓋膠的耐磨性、抗龜裂性等。應(yīng)在充分調(diào)查、測(cè)量帶表面溫度等使用條件后,選擇耐熱帶的類型。
較厚的覆蓋膠是保證帶子較長(zhǎng)使用壽命
